The fi innovations team has been busy refurbishing community, school and private swimming pools around Southland and Otago. In addition to re-lining eight concrete pools over the past two years, we have carried out repairs, sealed expansion joints, installed fibreglass accessories and laid changing room floors at many other pools.

We tackled the Tokanui School pool and the Mossburn Community pool during August. Our team upgraded both pools with a chemical-resistant vinylester fibreglass liner and applied non-slip pool edges. One challenge with the Tokanui pool project was coping with the snowstorm that hit Eastern Southland.

We’re delighted with the feedback we receive after each pool job. Comments like “It looks amazing and everyone is very pleased with it” absolutely make our day. Swimming pools are a great place for family, friends or communities to come together – we love giving them the ‘wow’ factor they deserve.
