Last Friday night was the Export Southland HSBC Gala Dinner at the Ascot Park Hotel in Invercargill.

What a fantastic night! The team at the Southland Chamber of Commerce did a truly amazing job of putting the celebration together.

Peter Beck, CEO of Rocket Lab, was awarded the inaugural Graham Dick Memorial Trophy. Peter spoke about the inspirational journey he has been on to develop NZ rockets capable of launching commercial satellites into space.

Gareth Dykes, our Managing Director, spoke on the highs and lows that fi innovations has navigated since winning the Export Innovation award in 2018. It is amazing how much our company has changed in two years, despite the challenges of 2020. We invested in the latest additive manufacturing techniques while retaining our expertise in traditional methods. Exciting times.
